It is an extremely high active polyurethane catalyst containing 70% bis 2-dimethy 1-aminoethy 1 ether. It is widely used in the production of all types of foams, and especially for those flexible foam need high permeability structure, which is more difficult to process.

Characteristics:

• The strong catalysis of A-1 on water and isocyanates balances the reaction of polyols and isocyanates.
• Adjusting the amount of A-1 can control the foam rise and curing time, but does not affect the operating range of tin catalyst.
• A-1 minimizes the density gradient of the entire foam block and the compressive permanent deformation of the model foam.
• The catalyst is water soluble and therefore easy to measure.

It can remain stable at least 12 months under the condition of sealed in the original packaging, and avoid exposure to strong heat or cold.
