Conventional valve insulation involves the use of prefabricated rigid plates that require a large amount of labor and a large amount of scrap and bonded joints. The on-site gating system completely eliminates waste, greatly reduces man-hours, and provides cost and time improvements to the prior art.

Polyurethane on-site casting technology is relatively new to the North American market, but has a proven track record in global LNG applications and is widely recognized as the most effective insulation process in valve applications.
